Thump Boxing is a whole body workout that  involves  boxing combinations, cardio drills, and specific boxing exercises. This class is designed for beginner to advanced levels of fitness.  

Boxing gloves, pads and inners are all supplied, but you are welcome to bring your own along.

A combination of Pilates mat exercises. A workout that improves and maintains healthy postural alignment, spinal strength, mobility, and stability. Exercises performed on the floor using gravity and your own body weight to provide resistance. The main aim is to condition the deeper, supporting muscles of your body to improve posture, balance and coordination.

All equipment used for Core Conditioning is supplied such as mats, you are welcome to bring your own mat.

 

boxing circuit

A Cardio – based circuit training that incorporate speed movements like rope jumps, combination of technique, heavy bag and ladder drills to improve your coordination and agility. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.

All equipment is supplied for BOXING CIRCUIT, please do not bring your own equipment.
